The Articles of Association of Kerry Group plc stipulate that any Director who, being a Director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, resigns from the Board of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, shall cease to be a Director of Kerry Group plc.
As Mr. James L.Brosnan and Mr. Michael Harty have retired from the Board of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, they cease to be Directors of Kerry Group plc with effect from today’s date.
